Commercial Washing Machine Repair FAQs
On average, a commercial washer repair can cost anywhere between $150 to $300, depending on the issue that needs to be fixed and parts needed. Washer repair costs can be as low as $100 or as high as $300.
A washer that is spinning too fast will not wash clothes properly, and can possibly cause damage to certain fabrics.
If the washing machine is filling up slowly, there is a possibility that water is leaking from one of the pipes. This can flood your laundry space and won’t wash clothes quickly.
A loud spin cycle can be caused by an error on the control board. Aside from this issue, there are many other possible causes of a loud spin cycle.
Yes, we offer same-day service. As long as your washer repair technician doesn’t need any spare parts to fix the issue, you can have it fixed within the same day. Our technicians are always available for same day fridge repair service.
Property Washer Maintenance Tips
If you are using high-efficiency front-load and top-load machines, it is extremely important to use the minimum suggested amount of detergent. These machines use less water, meaning the use of regular detergent will produce excess amounts of suds and allows film build-up on the drum and hoses, leading to damage.
Built up detergent residue on the inside of your washer can cause musty odors. To eliminate this, you should clean the inside of the washer once a month. Run a wash cycle with white vinegar inside the dispenser, and add one cup of baking soda into the drum. Run the machine at the highest temperature and add an extra rinse. To eliminate strong mildew smells, use bleach in place of vinegar. It is important to clean the door seal regularly with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to keep it sealing tight.
It is extremely important that you remove finished loads from the washer immediately. Leaving the damp clothing can cause musty smells and mildew. Always leave the door to the washer open slightly when not in use, this will improve the air circulation and prevent the build up of mold and mildew.
A few times a year, check for wear, cracks, and weakness on the hoses. A damaged hose can lead to a burst hose, causing flood damage. Always replace the hose if you find any signs of damage or weakness.
Hair, fabric, and other particles that come off in the washer can cause the drain pump filter to clog. This is why it is important to remove the filter and rinse it out twice a month.
