How every CooperFix repair runs

The mechanic reads the system first: suction and head pressure, superheat and subcooling, amperage on the compressor and the fans, temperature at the product. Those readings say whether the equipment has lost charge, is restricted, cannot reject heat, has a failed motor or control, or a compressor that no longer pumps. The repair follows the readings. Leaks are found and repaired, not topped up. Compressors are condemned by a pump-down test, not by the symptom. Ice is cleared as part of repairing the defrost that let it form.

When several units are affected at once

A site where the walk-in, two reach-ins and a display case all warmed in the same week may have one shared cause — a power event, a shared condensing unit, or a room that got hot — or several independent faults; the readings on each unit tell which. The mechanic checks the shared cause first, then each unit, and repairs in the order that protects the most product.

How does every CooperFix repair run?
