Signs the Refrigeration Side Needs Work

Room Fault or System Fault

A warm room can come from the enclosure or from the refrigeration system. The two are separated by measurement: room conditions, airflow and door behaviour first, then system operation. Reporting one as the other is how repairs get repeated.

How the Repair Visit Runs

  1. Map the system. Which unit serves which room and how the controls are arranged.
  2. Record conditions. Set point, measured temperatures and controller values.
  3. Check heat rejection and airflow. Condenser condition, clearance, fans and coil.
  4. Test electrical operation. Contactors, relays, sensors and defrost circuit.
  5. Measure refrigeration performance. System checks appropriate to the confirmed symptom.
  6. Verify and record. Confirm each affected room recovers and write down the readings.
